Is there a limit on changes?
Every plan has a fair monthly allowance and most businesses never reach it. If you are running a campaign that needs daily page changes we will tell you up front which plan that needs.
What happens if we stop?
You keep your domain and your content. We export the site and hand it over. Nothing is held back and nothing is charged to release it.
Can you take over a site built by someone else?
Often yes. We audit it and tell you whether maintaining it or rebuilding it costs you less across a year.
How fast are changes made?
Routine changes are usually live within one to two business days. If something is urgent, say so and it moves to the front.
Do you host it, or do we?
We host it. That is what makes speed and uptime our responsibility rather than a shared guess between three suppliers.
